FAQs
How do we make a booking?
Please select your dates in the calendar above and submit your reservation, which will hold your dates. We will confirm the reservation via email.
What payments do you accept?
Once we have confirmed your reservation, we will send you an invoice which includes our bank details to make a bank transfer.
Can we cancel our booking?
You can cancel your booking by giving 12 weeks' notice. However, you will forfeit the £100 deposit paid at the time of booking.
What is included in the price?
Everything you need for your stay is included in the price - gas, electricity, and cleaning. There are no booking fees.
How many people does the bungalow sleep?
The property sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms: one king size with ensuite and two twin bedrooms.
Do we need to bring our own linen?
Beds will be made up upon arrival, and tea towels and bath mats are provided, but please bring your own towels.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
The kitchen has everything you need: a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and cooking hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, and a clothesline.
Are there any house rules?
The property is strictly non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
What facilities are at the property?
The lounge has a smart TV, DVD player and a radio. There are also games, jigsaws and DVDs available. The outdoor patio area has garden furniture seating up to six and is ideal for sharing a meal, barbecue or glass of wine.
Can we park near the bungalow?
There is free parking for up to two cars right outside the bungalow.
Do we need to bring a highchair?
There is a highchair stored in the loft which you are free to use.
